Dragon Ball Chapter 25: "A Rival Appears!!"

Krillin is one of the main characters of Akira Toriyama's manga, Dragon Ball. He is a martial artist who eventually settled down to raise a family. While he started as Goku's rival, the two eventually became best friends.

History Edit

Krillin's life began at the Orin Temple where he trained since the age of four. Bullied by the other students, he left at 13 to find the martial arts teacher Master Roshi to get stronger for revenge and meeting girls. Though he initially disliked Goku, the two bonded over their training. Krillin continued to hone his skills, but took the time to aid Goku in his adventures. He was killed during the attack of Demon King Piccolo, but was later revived with the Dragon Balls.

When Goku was revealed to be an alien called a Saiyan, leading to a series of more powerful foes coming to Earth, Krillin was one of those who helped stand against them. He never reached the power his alien friends possessed, but he did become the most powerful human on the planet. His actions also helped to redeem Android 18, whom he later married.

Role in Rakenzarn Edit

Having since retired from fighting, Krillin serves as the Vice-Guildmaster of the Nutsy Guild, a position given to him by Goku. As second-in-command, he provides advice and helps manage the finer aspects of the guild when Goku is unable to. Still a competent and strong fighter, he also helps Goku in the field when investigating.
